I am a senior graduating Spring 2026 with a B.S. in Geography with a minor in Sustainability Studies from Texas State University. This fall I will be attending the University of Texas at Austin to pursue a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning. Josiah Watson
I am a graduating senior at Texas State University with a B.S. in Geography and a minor in GIS. I am excited to be directly pursuing a Masters of Geography at Texas State this coming fall semester. My greatest passion lies with researching hazard mitigation and energy landscapes along with using GIS and cartography as a tool to illuminate patterns and problems that need to be addressed in these increasingly important fields. I am a senior at Texas State University graduating Summer 2026 with a B.S. in GIS and a minor in English. My interests center around natural hazards, disaster response, and emergency preparedness, with a passion for using geospatial analysis to support risk reduction and improved decision-making. I’m a senior at Texas State University. I am graduating in the fall of 2026, with a B.S in GIS and a minor in computer science. I have a passion for all things cartography and geography, and I look forward to furthering my career in GIS. I am interested in applied GIS and hope to apply my computer science skills to create a meaningful intersection between GIS and coding, allowing me to make a direct positive impact to our world.
