This webpage is dedicated to the dissemination of data and results for the Texas STAR Park Planning Project. The STAR Park is a Science Technology Advanced Research Park being built by Texas State University - San Marcos to further develop its status as a research university. Collaborating with Texas State University, E.G.P. has created a conceptual layout plan for the Texas STAR Park. The park will be located at the corner of Hunter Road and McCarty Lane. The conceptual layout was derived scientifically using GIS spatial analysis tools. Included in the conceptual layout is buildings, drainage system, roads, parking and sidewalks.
