Below is the legend for the maps. Note that:

· All items are not present in all maps;

· In the Kernel maps the value of the Z score varies continuously. In order to reduce the size of the legend, only five values are displayed, including the highest and lowest;

· Also in the Kernel maps, the actual value of Z varies from State to State and is larger for UGP than for NEPWD. Within a given State, differences in the shades of gray

point at differences in the relative concentrations of UGP and NEPWD.
