Jan Schneider - Web Master / GIS Analyst

I was born and raised in Zurich Switzerland where I finished my basic education and finished my Highschool degree after 9th grade. Thereafter I came to the great state of Texas to further my knowledge in english and ended up liking it so much I finished Highschool here as well. My dream was always to attend a University and thanks to fortunate events I was able to apply to Texas State University (then SWT). I was first a Computer Science Major but after some time in that major I realized that computers were not my passion. I then looked for other majors and quickly found Geography to be fascinating. GIS in particular caught my attention and I switched my major within days.
I have been in love with the major ever since and thuroughly enjoy working with my teammates on this great project.
